Regula simplă: cu cât o atingi mai des, cu atât are nevoie de mai multă protecție.
- Sleeve la tot ce joci. Un pachet de 100 costă cât o cafea și îți salvează deck-ul.
- Toploader pentru cărțile bune, peste sleeve, niciodată în locul lui.
- Binder cu folii cu deschidere laterală. Cele cu deschidere sus lasă cărțile să cadă exact când nu trebuie.
- Nu curăța o carte cu nimic umed. Zgârieturile nu se repară, se adună.
- Grading are sens doar dacă valoarea cărții e mult peste costul gradării. Altfel e un hobby în sine.

Simple rule: the more often you touch it, the more protection it needs.
- Sleeve everything you play. A pack of 100 costs about as much as a coffee and saves your deck.
- Toploaders for the good cards, over the sleeve, never instead of it.
- Use a binder with side-loading pockets. Top-loading pages drop cards exactly when you do not want them to.
- Never clean a card with anything wet. Scratches do not get repaired, they add up.
- Grading only makes sense when the card is worth far more than the grading costs. Otherwise it is a hobby of its own.
